Keith Thurman versus Danny Garcia started off like it was going to be a big firework show. Thurman pressed the action immediately hurting Garcia early, but never downing him. Danny answered back with “swift” counters.

The fight was back and forth throughout the first half of the match. The second half was a tactical battle with missed punches and crowd boos. Keith Thurman may had taken the last two rounds off which caused him to get a split decision instead of a majority decision.

Someones “O” had to go and it wasn’t “One Time’s,” who became a “two time” World Champion.

Garcia gets his first official loss and the 147 lbs. division shrinks on who will control the division.

Errol Spence Jr. looks to be the next big welterweight showdown for Thurman if Spence can be victorious against Kell Brook.

Keith Thurman keeps his undefeated record intact, 28-0, 22KOs. May had been that sharp “Rival Boxing Gear” he was sporting.
